Fullerton Financial Holdings

Fullerton Financial Holdings invests in financial institutions in emerging markets, bringing an operational perspective to all investment decisions.

We seek to create shareholder value by differentiating through great people and disciplined development and execution of unique business models. Our prime areas of focus are in both business banking and consumer banking. Within business banking, we focus on the Small and Medium Enterprises and Self Employed Mass Market segments. Within consumer banking, we focus on the Mass Affluent and Mass Salaried segments.

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings, an Asia investment house, headquartered in Singapore, focused on creating and maximizing long-term shareholder value as an active investor and shareholder of successful enterprises. As at 31 March 2009, our total assets stood at S$130 billion, and our portfolio includes investments in 15 different financial institutions. Guided by an independent board, Temasek operates autonomously on commercial principles to maximize long-terms returns. Our total shareholder return since inception 34 years ago is more than 18% compounded annually. We have a corporate credit rating of AAA/Aaa by Standard & Poor's and Moody's respectively.

Fullerton Financial Holdings China

FFH entered China Market years ago and focus on providing financial service for underserved communities. Our team of internationally experienced professionals welcomes the challenge of creating values through the re-engineering of an existing institution and the creation of a new institution to achieve our mission in China.

In China, we have invested Bank of China and China Construction Bank, and set up a guarantee company in Nanjing and a micro finance company in Chengdu. FFH China has vehicles/offices in more than three provinces, twenty cities and around 560 employees.

Our vehicles:

Fullerton Investment & Credit Guarantee Co. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of FFH , established in December, 2007. Headquartered in Nanjing, FICGC focuses on providing professional and convenient guarantee services to help small and middle enterprises to build up long term relationship with banks.

Fullerton Credit Services Co. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of FFH, established in September, 2008. Headquartered in Chengdu, FCS focuses on providing high efficient and professional financial services to help self-employed mass market to achieve their business goals.

2010 Management Associate Program

FFH China Management Associate Program (MA Program) offers unique opportunities to talented young graduates. We are looking for candidates to join us who have the potential to be future leaders of our vehicles.

FFH China MA Program is designed to develop high-potential individuals to be advanced to management roles through intensive training, rotation and stretch assignments across different business segments. Management Associate will experience real hands-on challenges working with our top management and professionals from various financial background across countries. Management Associate need to be flexible and adaptable as assignments which are arranged based on business needs, and he/she should be very mobile to travel at relatively short notice. Whatever assignment, Management Associate will be expected to learn fast, add value quickly and use experiences or learning immediately to build your cross- function and cultural knowledge.

As a Management Associate, he/she may benefit from diverse learning opportunities as gathering the necessary skill-set and knowledge to advance career. Management Associate may quickly assume independent responsibilities as harnessing his/her managerial potential and deepen his/her expertise. He/she may gain on-the-job exposure and tap our vast network of finance industry relationships and expansive resources.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for outstanding graduates with diverse background and interest in financial industry, eager to take challenges and passionate in serving the under-served. Our basic requirements include:

- Master degree, major in Science and Engineering, Economics or Finance, MBA, etc.

- Excellent academic performance record

- Excellent analytical ability

- Strong accountability and mature personality

- Demonstrated potential leadership ability in leading projects or others

- Excellent team work spirit

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong change management (relocation/mobility)

- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
